So we have a new toy. It is a Polaris Razor. Every one loves it, especially Sam.

Grace Elizabeth Wright

It's official - I am the mother of 8 children. Gracie arrived September 7, 2008 at 8:12 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 4 oz and was 20 1/2 inces. She is a beautiful girl and so good. I am so lucky to have her in our family. I promise I will post more current pictures soon.
Just arrived!

Riley is such a good big sister.

Must We Always Be So Dirty?

Charlie found a cupcake and devoured it.
At the mall, I gave them both a chocolate mint stick. Sam stayed clean, Charlie did not.
Ooh! I love chocolate pie!
On Father's day, Dad gave the boys some chocolate pie. Charlie couldn't get enough.

Constant Poser

I swear I do not teach her this stuff!

The Outer Banks

We just took a great trip to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We were with my entire family which adds up to 37 people. We all stayed in one beach house and just had a fabulous time together.

The drive from Raleigh to the Outer Banks was tough. Steve and I were in separate cars. I was in the van with Sage, Riley, Alex, Charlie and Sam. I began to give the kids anything I could to keep them happy.
Need I say more?

The Beach in Corolla

Charlie and Chase. Can I suck the sand off your toes?
Look Mom - I'm surfing!
Yummy!
My favorite picture! Mom and Sam
They both look like they are having such a great time.

At the Pool

Sam is a fish. He just loved the pool.
Charlie was not so sure about the water temperature in the pool.

More Family Pictures

Sage to the rescue.
Yes, there were tears.

Family Pictures

One of the great things about the whole family being together was the massive family picture. Here are a couple of snapshots of the kids when they didn't have to be posing.
Climbing the lifeguard stand.
Finally a picture where she is not completely posed
I think this is a great picture of Sage.
All smiles for Jessie.
I only have a few shots of Tristan. I have to prove he was there.

Tantrums!

Sam obviously did not want to be in his seat. He has already figured out the art of tantrums. I am so proud.

Double Trouble!

These boys are so cute together. They follow each other everywhere.

Ballet Recital

All my girls were in a ballet recital a few weeks ago. It was based on a book called "The Goose Girl". It was cute and the girls had a great time. Steve and I got to sit through 2 nights of it.

Easter

Easter was a great day for us. The kids loved the egg hunt. They did one at our house and one at Grandma and Grandpa Wright's house. It was a beautiful day and I even got to enjoy a few minutes by myself sitting in the sun. I can honestly say I cherished those few minutes.
